Delivery and return/refund policy
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- in its original state,
- unused and undamaged
- returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories and documents.
Returns made after this deadline or not complying with these conditions will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for return
For reasons of hygiene, safety and traceability, some products cannot be returned:
- Perfumed refills, oils and essences whose seal has been broken or whose bottle has been opened.
- Custom or made-to-measure items (e.g. engraving, color, specific finish).
- Products on promotion or final sale marked as "non-refundable".
Return procedure
Before sending anything, please contact our customer service department and specify:
- your order number,
- the product in question,
- and the reason for the return (e.g., withdrawal, exchange, defect).
You will then be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.
No package should be returned without this prior authorization.
The product must be carefully packaged, protected, and returned in its original packaging. We recommend tracked or insured shipping to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Return shipping costs and refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product).
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the event of a damaged product or visible use, a deduction may be applied to the amount refunded.
Exchange or credit
If you prefer an exchange (another model, another fragrance) or a credit note valid on the store, simply mention it when you request a return.
When will I receive my order?
We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What fragrances do you offer?
We offer a selection of refined room fragrances, from various olfactory families (floral, aromatic, oriental, amber, woody, spicy, fruity).
Each fragrance was chosen to interact with the design and reinforce the symbolic dimension of the object.
How do I choose my perfume?
Let yourself be guided by your emotions and by the room in which you will place the object.
For a living room : woody, oriental or aromatic notes.
For a bedroom : soft or floral scents.
For a workspace: fresh or meditative notes.
Safety advice
If you need to consult a doctor, keep the container or label at hand.
Keep out of reach of children.
Read carefully and follow all instructions.
Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.
NO SMOKING.
Avoid release into the environment.
IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
If skin irritation or a rash develops: consult a doctor. If eye irritation persists: consult a doctor.
Collect the spilled product. Dispose of the contents and container at an appropriate collection point in accordance with applicable regulations.
The fragrance may produce an allergic reaction and cause eye irritation.
It is harmful to aquatic organisms and can cause long-term adverse effects.
The liquid and vapors are highly flammable.

Yes. Our creative studio can imagine a personalized message, decor or symbolism, consistent with your story or interior.

Do the items require any special maintenance?
No heavy maintenance required:
- Wipe the bottle and decoration with a soft cloth.
- Replace the sticks when you change fragrances for better diffusion.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the intensity of the fragrance.

What materials do you use?
Bottle: glass
Decoration: painted steel (gold or colored depending on the model)
Sticks: black fiber
Cap: matte black aluminum
These materials were selected for their expressive power and their ability to prolong olfactory emotion.
Are your diffusers rechargeable?
Yes. All our products are designed to last: simply replace the fragrance with a new compatible refill (200 ml or 500 ml depending on your needs and the capacity of your diffuser) and replace the sticks for optimal diffusion.
